Finding the Best gift to your girl

For those guys like me who have problem of thinking the best gift for your girl then you may consider the following:

Do's:
1. Feel your way around and watch for changes. I can't remember what exactly this means? But let me provide what I think about it. For me, we have to take time finding a special gift or things you think your girl wants. Not just an ordinary stuff toy or flowers but something that she cam treasure.
2. Put your effort into finding out exactly how she likes it. Remember her reaction on times when you were together on things when you passby in a boutique or in a store. This will provide you an idea what gift she wants.
3. Gauge her reaction. When the girl said "OK" to your gift then she is faking it. If she really likes it you can find her eyes shining, excited and if you are lucky she gonna hug or even kiss you. Hahahahhaha.

Don't:
1. Don't try to hard or force the issue. Never try too hard when giving a gift. Give a gift that is something worth to keep. Though not precious, it is your love, yourself that is most important here.
2. Don't be afraid to experiment. Yes, for me I love experimenting especially when giving. I always want a personal touch on my gift. Spend some time in making a nice message on the card.
3. Don't ask what she wants. Girls like excitement, and you can see it everytime they receive a gift. So do not spoil their excitement. Never ever ask what she wants.
4. If you want to give her some kind of gadget. Give gifts like an iPod, MP3/4, or something that is new or hot. If she is the kind of Music lover, I advise to give her a Music player that contains all her favorite songs.
5. If you want to give her jewelries. I never thought that giving a jewelry depends on the occassion. A stone jewelry is for special occassion like when you are about to propose to the woman. Save money for a diamond boy. Give her an earrings, bracelet or a necklace when she becomes your girl already.
6. If you want to buy her lingerie. I don't know but I never plan of giving a lingerie to my girl. I am not expert in measuring their size.
7. If you want to give her flowers. For me this is the best gift we can give to our girl. I never seen a girl rejected a flower unless their is an issue?

My height is now 5''7 1/2"

Last friday when the nurse check my height he told me that it was 5'7 1/2". I don't know if it is true because the last time I check I know that I am 5'7". If that is the case then I grow half an inch. Does it mean Cherifer is working? Hahahahaha. Today will be my 5th month of taking Cherifer Premium. I will continue taking this vitamin and see after a year there will be an improvement. I am so happy when I hear and saw on the scale that I become taller. Yipeeee. But still I want to get taller pa, maybe 2-3 inches will do. hahahahhaah. I am still dreaming to get taller po eh. I will update my blog once I see a better result. Hope my growth hormone is still working. Hope Cherifer will trigger my pituitary gland and will produce more hormone.

Where is the moon?

I just want to share this picture of our community while going to the office early in the morning around 5AM. You can feel the silence and the cold breeze in this picture. It so happened that it was full moon that day and I become interested of taking a picture of it.

Last Friday I went to the hospital for my Annual Physical Examination and for my Dental check-up. It was almost a year since I visited my doctor so I decided to have hercheck-up my teeth.
While waiting for my schedule, I read the magazine and learned new things about fashion.

7. Razon. I agreed with this one for I also long to have a fine razon. I am actually waiting for a woman to give me a razon. I find it very interesting to know the girl who will give me this one. I have myself a Gillete Mach 3 razon but the writer advise A Gillete Mach 3 Turbo.

8. Skin-care Products. Thumbs up for this. It is everyone right to take good care of our body. We have to look presentable, right? Not because we are not living in hollywood we will not to take care of our skin. Actors like Brad Pit andTom Cruise are those old guys who looks young because they are inversting for their skin.

9. Underwear. Though no one can see it except your partner I still believe that like woman we should have a good pair of underwears. I feel comfortable wearing a boxer short type than the ussual classic one.

10. Jeans. From the survey, second to wrist watch a woman notice is our a**, our jeans. So having a nice pants or jeans will make one guy pleasing to their eyes. I have few jeans in my cabinet and got one given to me from my auntie in States "SilverTab-Guess."

The Groomsman

When I opened my computer this offline message pop up on my YM last December 2007. I already said yes to her so even when we had a company event the day before her wedding I have to go. I woke up early that day and rode a bus "Partas" going to La Union. My destination is in Bacnotan, La Union. I have to drop by in bacnotan Market and frm there will ride tricycle. I spent almost 8 hours before I reached La Union.

Nemia our college friend was also there because we were both participants for the wedding ceremony. Accidentally I become proxy as groomsman. Nemia was bridesmaid and we were part as secondary sponsors.

When I got to their place I ate luch first, rest for a few hours and then prepare for the wedding later. I want to lie down but if I do that I will definitley gonna fall to sleep. So I just waited and wait for the wedding to start. After the wedding we went straight to the reception. Have a small program and then late at night, the same day I decided to go home. I was so exhausted that day. When I got to the bus all I can do is to sleep till I reach my destination. If given a chance I want to stay to their place and spend another day because their place is near to the ocean and there are many beaches around. But I decided to go home because I have work the next day and my other friends are going home that night.

So that's it. All in all, I attended 4 weddings since last year. Most of my friends got married and have family. If I attended all my friends wedding it should be total of 6 wedding, so I miss 2.

When things go wrong

When things go wrong what is our initial reaction? We often get mad to ourselves. The people around us and the whole world seems to be a big burden to us. Is that the normal reaction of most of the people? Yes, a pessimistic way of reacting to such an occassion. Me, myself is guilty about it. I feel like, de motivated and lost appetite. I lost the strength, power and eagerness about things. However, things in life is not perfect. There will be no color if there is no pain.
I remember a text message from a friend that day. It says "If the PRESSURES in life seems like crushing you down, think of a CRUSHED grape that PRODUCES the BEST wine. The pressures you have in life only BRINGS out the BEST in YOU. " This is exactly what happened to me the other day. I came from a trip from La Union last Sunday till 3 am the next day. Same day I have to to go to work and I was alone that night. It also happened that even the other teams and our Core Team were not available because it is holiday in the US. I believe its Presidents Day. So all the cases were assigned to me. So in short, I was stressed and over pressured that day. All by myself. But I learned a lot from that experience. I learned how to manage time, make decisions, become a fast researcher. I need to act as quickly as I can because customers are waiting. I know I learned a lot that day but I am still hoping that I have a buddy that night to whom I can ask for help.
When things go wrong, we should turn things or look on the its brighter side. Lets face life as if it is something that will make us grow, something that will bring out the best on us. So always take it as an opportunity in life.

In other words, the reason why I live such an exciting life is because I’m boring.
I’m monotonous.
I’m repetitive.
I do the same basic things again and again and again and again…
I now realize that the reason I can do all those thrilling, exciting, exhilarating stuff is because I do the boring basics every single day of my life. Everyday, I’m grateful. Everyday, I think positive. Everyday, I love. Everyday, I select what I watch, what I read, what I listen to—and stick to what can make me grow. Every single day.
The more I live on planet earth, the more I agree with Jim Rohn when he said that “There’s really nothing mysterious or magical about success. Success is simply the consistent application of fundamentals.”
Be boringly consistent when it comes to the basics.
And in time, you’ll find exciting success knocking at your door.

Key #3:Focus On Your Core Gift
I have very few talents. Honest!
I don’t know how to cook, how to dance, how to write a computer program, and how to solve the Rubix cube. I don’t know how to do geometry, trigonometry, and calculus. I’m totally lost in chemistry, physics, and biology. I also can’t fix a leaking faucet or do carpentry or repair my car.
But this is what I can do very well: Communicate.
So I focus my entire life on that one thing.
I write well and I speak well. Period.
And I delegate everything to people who are better than I am.
Ask yourself now: What is my core gift?
I have a general rule I follow in my life: I don’t like complicating things just to impress you. So instead of giving you 329 psychological questions filled with scientific babble to discover your core gift (so I could impress you on how intelligent I am), let me just boil it down to 2 very simple questions. Stop reading this book until you answered both of these questions.
What do you enjoy doing?
What are you good at

For some of you, it’s technology.
For some of you, it’s teaching.
For some of you, it’s selling stuff.
For some of you, it’s cooking.
For some of you, it’s music.
For some of you, it’s advanced trigonometry. (Yes, I’ve heard there are such strange creatures walking on the face of the earth.)

Key #4:Build Your Network
My wealth isn’t my money.
My real wealth is my network of friends.
Personally, I don’t think anything great is accomplished without a team.
Even Jesus had a team around him.
A few months ago, I was reading about the interesting world of horse-pulling competitions.
That’s where huge horses the size of elephants pull massive concrete blocks behind them.
Did you know that the grand champion horse could pull the incredible weight of 4,500 pounds? If the average weight of a Filipino is 140 pounds (which happens to be my weight before I eat my breakfast), that means this super horse could carry 32 Filipinos—without wheels! That monster could pull me, my wife, my kids, my parents, my siblings, their spouses, their kids, and all my in-laws combined.
And the second placer horse can pull only slightly lower than the first placer: 4,400 pounds.
That was when the organizers got curious. If these two horses pulled together, how many pounds could they carry? Could they pull 8,900 pounds?
They harnessed both horses and were shocked with the results.
Both horses, when pulling together, carried the mind-blowing weight of 12,000 pounds. That’s 85 Filipinos.
My message? Teams are powerful.
Alone, I can do a lot of things. But with my team, I don’t add but multiply what I can do.
I keep networking. I circulate. I meet people. I build bridges.
So I surround myself with a bunch of people who have impeccable character and fantastic skills. I network with Mentors, Preachers, Administrators, Accountants, Programmers, Lawyers, Financial Wizards, Multi-millionaires, Media Experts, Businessmen, Architects, Engineers, etc…
And everyday, I constantly expand my team.

Key #5:Create An Autopilot System
Every time I enter into a project, I always do it with a team around me. Never alone. And I choose my team well.
I have a very simple criteria: I choose men and women who are humble (teamplayers) and who are experts in their field. In other words, I search for impeccable character and fantastic skills.
And together, we create a system for the project that’s replicable and duplicable.
In other words, it’s got to run on autopilot without my direct supervision.
Here’s my ideal leader: If I appoint someone to be project head (or organization director or business manager), and after six months, I don’t want him to bother me anymore except for major directional issues. If he still bothers me for tiny matters, I’ve chosen the wrong leader—or I trained him wrongly.

Here’s what I’ve learned: Love is limitless! It has no boundaries.
I do what I do because I want to love people.
Each morning, I wake up and ask myself, “How can I bless people today?”
And so I stretch. I go just a teensy bit beyond what I think is my limit—and my capacities expand—because I want to bless the world.

I am an employed peronnel for more than 5 years and I was thinking on how I can bring my life better or simply moving my life to the next level. I mean, I want to become financially fit. I know I am physically fit, hehehehe, but I want to be in the position of those people who are financially stable.

Last week, I got an invitation from my college friend to attend a seminar about Financial awakeness seminar. I thought it is something like a networking thing but I told myself to give it a chance and see what things I can learn from it. See, this is another opportunity for me. I did not expect to much but I just thought that this is an expereience wherein I could be with other people, meet new friends and have a little bonding with my old friend. Opportunities we have around

I realized that there are lots of opportunities around us that we simply ignore in our daily lives. People like me is guilty because it seems that the world goes around with me. Are we guilty or simply because that is how I perceive my life?
Whatever, I just want to share to everyone that there are lots of opportunities in this world. All the time, you can hear people that they want to get rich, to be known, to have power and become successful in life. But we humans are not contented to what we have. Yes, they are right that happy people are those who are satisfied and can make themselves happy even with little things they have.
Opportunities is simply something that you can have in any place you go. No boundaries, no time, or situation you cannot find oppotunities. Everyone has an opportunity to get rich, to be known, to claim great power and most of all to become successful. It is all in your mind. We just need to unleash the power of our mind and believe to ourselves. And most of all, have a faith with our God. We are born a winner, a conqueror and with higher level of intelligence. We are created in the image of our God. So we should love ourselves and aim high.
Often times failures visit us but we should remember that we should learn how to stand up, learn from our mistakes and be brave to face a new beginning.
I am so happy that I am able to express my thoughts and opinions through this blog. I can't believe that I can tell these things but I am still thankful that our God opens my eyes, mind, heart and soul about these things in life.
My advise, be a person who are sensitive enough and understand the people around us. Look always on the brighter side of any situation you are experiencing and believe that beyond our incompleteness, insufficientness, weakness, failures, problems, imperfections we have our GOD who will protect us and will provide everything we need. All we just need to do is to ask, to listen and to do His will. Godbless you all.

Wow, is this true? Yah, somehow it is really true. Five days I am working and spending my days in front of my computer. When I got home all I can do is to eat, a little time to watch tv, personal hygiene of course, and rest then go back to work at night. During weekends or my restday I have to spend my first day resting or sleeping all day. The second day I spend with the church and then rest again.

Somehow I will try to follow this horroscope. To spend some time with my friends and love ones. I think and I believe that is one of the most important thing to do. To spend time with people you love because they are the one that completes and the main purpose why we are living in this world.

From Lobo to Life experience to Fun

I got the chance to watch Lobo last Friday starring my lovely Angel and his partner Piolo Pascual. She is beautiful, hehehehehe. How many times did I say that? For me she has a perfect face, perfect body, and a very charming eyes. Yahooooo. Love you Angel. This is my only chance to tell the whole world that I simply like her.
I am a supporter of Angel Locsin for I believe what she can do in the Entertainment industry. This is my opinion and I know that she is a good actress. I always believe that she made the right decision. It is something personal than what others say. I have no idea about the reason but when we made decision we should always think of the consequences.
I learned that whatever failures we had, we have to learn to stand up and move on with our lives. We should never leave our shadow behind and stuck from the past. We should think that the past should be left behind and think for a better tomorrow. Things are happening for a reason. We are living because we choose to live.
I was looking for a short summary of Lobo when I got stuck with this site. Many people are commenting, the rivals and humurs between ABS-CBN and GMA Network. I was LOL while reading the comments. Hehehhehehe

Stuck Alone

I was wondering what can I do if I am stuck in an island alone, what should I do with my life? I remember the movie Cast Away staring Tom Hanks and directed by Robert Zemeckis. It is a tragic and a very challenging life experience. I might loose my mind living alone in the island like Chuck, the character of Tom Hanks. I remember that when you journey in water they said that to keep a mirror or something that will reflect a light. Why, if you are stuck in the middle of the ocean or an island the main goal is to get some help. And if it happened that a ship or anyone is nearby you can use the mirror as reflector to get notice and to get some help. Mirror is the fastest way to get notice. Remember the whistle of Kate Winslet in Titatic, another gadget to get notice hahhh.
Important thing is that a person should know how to swim if stuck in the ocean. Hahahahah. That is my problem. I don't know how to swim. Never got the chance to study swimming and whenever there is a chance to learn there were conflicts with my schedules at school or at work.

Hearts Day

It is already February. When this month comes all we can think of is our special someone because it is hearts day we are waited so long. Bad for those like me that is broken hearted and alone this coming Valentine. Hehehehe. As if this post is somehow an advertisement, that I am still single, available and looking. Why should I am ashamed to tell? This is true. I am still single and looking. Hahahahahahahah.

I just don't know how to start after the broke-up. The feeelings still remains and once a while I am still thinking about the times we were together. Ok lets end this things.

2008 is the Year of the Rat

I never know that this coming thursday will be the New year for the Chinese people after I was given Tikoy by my Chinese friend. Thank you by the way Shiela for the Tikoy.

They said that the lucky color for this year is yellow. Places to go for Gokart adventure

Hello gokart addicts. I was wondering how I can help the Gokart community to find where they can practice and to have fun here in the Philippines. Or this is something what I am looking for? I was thinking that the places were not promoted because this kind of sport is not popular in the Philippines. We need big companies and people who can advertise and promote this sport. Who would dare to spend time and money just for a few minutes of ride? But this is one of a kind of experience and surely everyone will love once tried. I know because I had experience it once and I am actually longing to try it again.

Wisdom from the Ages

I got a message from a friend and it is something that reminds me about my purpose in life. It is actually the purpose our God command us to do. TO love God and to love people. Take time to think and meditate the message. It is something worth to think of when you are the kind of person who are so busy in life and fail to take some time to stop and to check-in about your LIFE.

A kid ask Lolo what is the most important thing to give to someone. Lolo answered "TIME" my apo. But why time and not love? Love.... You can give that, you can have that, you can share that to anybody.... but with TIME, you cannot stop it or control it. Cause it can NEVER BRING BACK the TIME that HAS GONE BY. So spend your TIME WISELY and CHERISH it while YOU STILL HAVE it. SPEND TIME with your LOVE ONES because you never know when YOUR TIME is OVER.
