100 Technical Support Engineers

Technical Support Engineers provide support for Trendmicro Anti-virus, Trendmicro Internet Security and Trendmicro Internet Security Pro thru phone, chat and email to customers from North America, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore and Malaysia.

Basic requirements:
- Must hold a Bachelor's/ College Degree in any field
- At least 6 monts contact center experience is an advantage
- Knowledgeable in Windows Operating System
- Excellent oral and written English communication skills
- Willing to work on shifting schedules or night shift
