Long time No post

It's been a long time since my last post. I am so busy in my job and I could not find even looking or opening my friendster. By the way, friendster has become unpopular because of Facebook.

I just want to share some notes I have after listening to this audiobook entitled "The Present".

The Present

Three (3) ways to use your present moment:
1. Be in the present.
2. When you want to be happy and successful focus on what is right now
3. Use your purpose to respond to what is important now


Learn from the past

1. When you want to make the present better than the past look what happened in the past
2. Learn something valuable from it
3. Do things differently in the present

Plan for the Future

If you want to make future better than the present
1. See what a wonderful future would look like
2. Make plans to help it happen
3. Put your plan into action in the present

Money Money Money

I have a friend working in Dubai and everytime we chat we always talk about our careers, business and most of the time about money. Money, money and all about how we can gain a bunch of money. We are exchanging informations about books, ideas and information how we can deal with our financial issues. He actually told me about the book Rich Dad, Poor Dad by Robert Kiyosaki and this link www.startupnation.com. While searching about Kiyosaki I found link about other people's thought about Kiyosaki.

I learned that going into something like, opening a business takes a lot of risk. We have to welcome and embrace change. We will surely will failed but as what they said with these failures we will learn something that will bring us to the top.

I know, all people have their own thoughts on how to be financially stable or to gain more wealth. But at the end of the day, only me, myself can tell if I will take these advises, will follow it and will take the risk.

Book I own

I bought this book last December from Booksale in Araneta center Cubao. It is a prayer book for everyday lives and for any kind of occassions. I bought this because I want to enhance the way I pray in public. I know that God wants a prayer from the heart but it is also a good advise to learn the ways of the professionals.

I never got the chance to scan and read the whole title of the book for I used to scan book by the pages inside. I was so excited to read the prayer examples for me to have ideas how to create a prayer for myself. It is better to prepare somehow than to cram for words when your in the situation. Actually, the days before I bought this book, I lead a prayer during one of our teams breakfast meeting. Though I have lot of words to say, since I am not prepared and never focus at that time, I mess up the prayer.
If anyone is familiar with the book and if you will look on the label below you will find a sort of scandal in this book. Hahahaha. If anyone have a comment please bring it on now.
