Hi Sir Edwin,

Thank you for the support and accepting me in this team. Though there are still more things I need to prove to be worthy with this recognition.

I know that I am still new in this company and more things will come as days, years will come but I believe that as long as the company believes in me I will stay and will give whatever I can do.

Wesley So the youngest GrandMaster in the World

At the age of 14, he is fromt he Philippines the newest and the youngest Chess GrandMaster. The latest grandmaster, who has earned his final norm at the tender age of 14 years, one month and 28 days, is Wesley So from the Philippines (where two months earlier another GM, Darwin Laylo, emerged). Wesley is currently the youngest GM in the world, and the seventh youngest in the history of the game.

He had just completed his final grandmaster norm at the recently concluded international tournament in Manila (2nd Pichay Open). He was born on October 9, 1993 and completed his GM requirements on December 7, 2007. Thus when FIDE convenes next year; he would become the seventh youngest chess player to achieve the grandmaster title in chess history. Oh yeah, he is not a Chinese or a Russian, nor an Indian – he is a Filipino.

Wesley during the junior active chess tournaments in 2003 in Manila. He was then a young lad who would sacrifice a queen or any other pieces in his arsenal to get a winning attack. He was well ahead of his foes, indeed at nine years old he won the National Kiddies Tournament for 14-Under, and at 13 he won the National Juniors (20 Under) and the Philippine National Open (Open to all).

Congratulations to ME

Yah. I want to congratulate myself for passing the Level 3 Exam for TMCM- Trend Micro Control Manager version 3.5. Last Saturday morning was our pen and paper examination. I was thinking that I will not gonna pass the training for I have problem with my family- my mother was in the hospital and I did not study well. But PRAISE GOD, He is so good because He provided me the wisdom and knowledge to passed this examination and other requirements for the said certification.

This is my first L3 Certification with the Trend Micro products. I actually have 5 L2 certifications already. I never thought I can do this but God is so great, so good with me. I am now looking forward for my next L3 certification but for this week I have to rest and unwind after that long and tiring week experience.

Good News- 2nd Placer

Hi everyone! I am proud that that my link http://www.myopenbookworld.blogspot.com/ for this blog is on second placer when I tried to search on google this keyword "tito16". See on the image, I am on second placer. It was my friend who told me about it. The last time he told me he said I was able to make it on the top before but I was not able to get a screenshot so here it goes.
Does anyone knows about SEO or Search engine optimization? Let me provide you some details about it.

Search engine optimization (SEO) is the process of improving the volume and quality of traffic to a web site from search engines via "natural" ("organic" or "algorithmic") search results for targeted keywords. Usually, the earlier a site is presented in the search results or the higher it "ranks", the more searchers will visit that site. SEO can also target different kinds of search, including image search, local search, and industry-specific vertical search engines.
As a marketing strategy for increasing a site's relevance, SEO considers how search algorithms work and what people search for. SEO efforts may involve a site's coding, presentation, and structure, as well as fixing problems that could prevent search engine indexing programs from fully spidering a site. Other, more noticeable efforts may include adding unique content to a site, ensuring that content is easily indexed by search engine robots, and making the site more appealing to users. Another class of techniques, known as black hat SEO or spamdexing, use methods such as link farms and keyword stuffing that tend to harm search engine user experience. Search engines look for sites that employ these techniques and may remove them from their indexes.
The initialism "SEO" can also refer to "search engine optimizers", a term adopted by an industry of consultants who carry out optimization projects on behalf of clients, and by employees who perform SEO services in-house. Search engine optimizers may offer SEO as a stand-alone service or as a part of a broader marketing campaign. Because effective SEO may require changes to the HTML source code of a site, SEO tactics may be incorporated into web site development and design. The term "search engine friendly" may be used to describe web site designs, menus, content management systems, URLs, and shopping carts that are easy to optimize.

So if your blog is kinda marketing on style then your site should always rank on the top for keywords. Ask the webmaster if you want to improve your site popularity. They might provide a great advise.
